Accessing Your Valley Suns Tickets

Follow the steps below to access and manage your Valley Suns tickets through Ticketmaster Account Manager. For easier entry on game day, we recommend adding your tickets to your mobile wallet before arriving at the arena.

Step 01

Navigate to Account Manager

Open Valley Suns Account Manager in your phone's web browser. Once the page loads, select the Profile icon in the top-right corner.

Step 02

Sign In

Enter your Ticketmaster email address and password, then select Sign In.

Step 03

Manage Your Tickets

Once you're signed in, select Manage Tickets to access your Valley Suns tickets.

Step 04

Select Your Event

Find the game you want to manage, then select View Event Details.

Step 05

View Your Tickets

Your purchased tickets for the selected event will appear here. Select a ticket to expand its details and view the available options.

Step 06

Choose a Ticket Option

From your ticket details, you can access your ticket for entry, transfer or sell eligible tickets, or add them to your mobile wallet.

Step 07

Add Tickets to Your Wallet

We recommend adding your tickets to your mobile wallet before arriving at the arena. This provides easier access on game day and helps avoid issues if cellular connectivity is limited.

Step 08

You're Ready for Game Day

Once your tickets have been added to your mobile wallet, they'll be ready for quick access when you arrive at Mullett Arena.
