Valley Suns Membership Portal

Starting in the 2025-2026 Valley Suns Season, all Valley Suns Memberships are now enrolled in our auto-renew program. Each renewal period you’ll have a minimum of 30 days to review your membership invoice, make any necessary changes, or opt-out of your membership.

Following your 2025-26 renewal, your account will auto renew on February 2nd 2026. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

How does auto-renewal work? 
 
During next season’s renewal period, beginning February 2, 2026, you will have 30 days to review your invoice, available in your online Account Manager. We’ll count you in for your Valley Suns Membership next season unless you indicate otherwise. If you decide you do not want to renew, you will simply fill out the Opt-Out Form before 12:00 p.m. on February 2, 2026. If you take no action and do not opt out within 30 days, your card will be automatically charged for the first of twelve monthly installments beginning on March 6, 2026. 

When is the deadline to opt out of the 2026 season? 
If you wish to discontinue your Valley Suns Membership, you must opt out within the 30-day window. The deadline to opt out of your membership is February 2, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. 

Am I able to transfer ownership of my tickets? 
Yes, but terms apply. Please contact your service representative for more information. Please be prepared to provide, in writing, permission from the primary account holder. 

Where can I find my invoice? 
Your renewal invoice is available in your online Account Manager. 

How will my 2025-2026 payment plan work? 
The payment plan reflected on your online invoice will match the payment plan you selected for the 2025-2026 season. The first payment for all memberships will be charged on March 5, 2026. 

How do I make changes to my invoice? 
Your credit card on file can be updated in your online Account Manager. If you’d like to adjust your membership plan or the number of seats on your invoice, please reach out to your Valley Suns representative. 

Am I able to transfer ownership of my account or season ticket seat(s)? 
Primary account holders may transfer their tickets to immediate family members (parents, siblings, spouses, or children) by completing and submitting a Transfer Request Form. Accounts under a business name are not eligible to receive account transfers. Business accounts can request updates to the secondary contact, the individual managing the account, at any time. Click here to read more about the Account Transfer policy or to submit a Transfer Request Form. 

What is the Valley Suns Priority Renewal 10 Games of Prizes? 

Valley Suns Memberships that are renewed prior to the Priority Renewal deadline on Monday, February 24 at 12:00pm will be eligible for entry into 10 Games of Prizes. Winners will be chosen at Valley Suns home games, from Monday February 10 through Thursday, March 27. One Member will be chosen per game, with prizes set to include: 

February 10: (2) Complimentary Phoenix Suns Tickets - $200 value
February 13: (2) Complimentary Phoenix Mercury Tickets - $100 value
February 25: (1) Valley Suns Autographed Item - $50
February 28: (1) Phoenix Mercury Autographed Item - $200
March 6: (1) Phoenix Suns Autographed Item - $250
March 7: (1) Complimentary Valley Suns Suite - $1,000
March 11: ($100) to Valley Suns Team Store - $100
March 19: Post Game Valley Suns Player Meet & Greet - $500
March 21: (2) Complimentary Phoenix Suns Tickets - $200
March 27: (2) Complimentary Phoenix Mercury Tickets - $100

SEAT RELOCATION 

All renewed Valley Suns Members will have the first opportunity to move, upgrade, or add a new location at our annual seat relocation event. More details will be shared closer to the seat relocation event. 

PLAYOFFS 

Valley Suns Members receive exclusive access to Playoff Strips. The Playoff Strip is your season ticket seating location for all potential home playoff games, based on your membership plan. 

Valley Suns Members that renew prior to the Priority deadline will have complimentary access to Game 1 of Playoffs. NBA G League Final games excluded should the Valley Suns host a home game. 

This season, Playoffs will be set up on a Pay as We Play payment plan. Should the Valley Suns qualify for Playoffs, you’ll have an opportunity to opt into your playoff strip and only pay for home games as they are confirmed.
